Being fully present for those you lead is essential so they can learn from your example. Mindfulness enhances this presence by ensuring your mind remains clear and focused during interactions. Social and emotional intelligence, paired with a leadership style based on caring, helps followers feel valued both in their work and as individuals. These qualities foster trust and motivation within a team.
