What is your long-term professional objective?

By the end of 2028, my goal is to achieve certification in Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) and establish myself as a respected leader within my unit. As my hospital is the only ECMO-certified center within a 200-mile radius, this certification will position me uniquely to advance critical care practices and improve patient outcomes across the region.
