Significance of Conceptual Framework Practice to Assessment

The application of the conceptual framework to the analysis of the assessments is significant, as it will help ensure that social workers treat their cases in an integrative and ethically sound manner. With its help, social workers will be able to analyze how environmental factors affect clients’ functioning, taking into account socioeconomic status, culture, and social support (Pascoe, 2021). The conceptual framework aided me in conducting a biopsychosocial test during the process of determining her emotional factors and data regarding her family and economic stresses, and main community resources. Using the ecosystem approach, I identified the unavailability of affordable housing and the lack of childcare as environmental stressors. It was this evaluation that led to the development of a holistic intervention that included counseling, connecting with housing initiatives, and advocacy for childcare access at both the individual and systemic levels.
